• Financial management - We can intercept all local tax and amenity bills and arrange payment in your absence.
• Home improvements - Our experienced maintainence team can help with anything from painting and electrical work, too building a swimming pool.
• Gardening and landscaping services.
• Transfers to and from the airport for yourself or any guests staying at the property.
• Housekeeping - we can prepare the house prior to your arrival and during your stay can provide a cleaning, washing and ironing service.
• Holiday rentals - we can advertise your property, look after bookings, prepare the property for arrivals, take inventories upon arrival and departure as well as looking after your guests whilst they are in your property.
